I recently filed a Home Warranty claim on my washing machine drain backing up. Trident Plumbing was who the warranty company sent. I did not pick them on this job, but will be using them again! Schuyler was the tech that came out and was very informative and updated me every step of the way. They had to access the roof as part of the job and actually trimmed my tree that had branches hanging over the roof. And took the limbs with them! What an amazing bonus that was not a requirement of the job. They just did it because it was the right thing to do. This should tell you something. Would recommend and will use again.
