We contacted Trident Plumbing when our Rinnai tankless water heater was having difficulty in gas ignition. Schuyler from Trident Plumbing was helpful in explaining about the service charges and process involved. He called Rinnai – Figured out the issue and got new part from Rinnai shipped to Trident and came back for installation with in couple of days.We are happy with the service and certainly recommend.
