Today we had Trident Plumbing come out to our home today to fix our toilet that was leaking quite badly. Schuyler contacted me by phone to let me know that he was on his way. He followed up with a text message introducing himself, with his picture. In this day and age I thought that was a wonderful idea. So not only did I know Schuyler was on his way, but I also knew what he looked like for safety reasons. It turned out that our toilet was actually cracked, and we opted to replace it. Schuyler took the time to keep me informed every step of the way as he removed the old toilet and installed the new one, making sure I understood the process and answering my questions along the way.
