We had Trident Plumbing out to our house today for a plumbing repair. Schuyler gave us a call to let us know he was on his way, and followed up with a text message including his picture so we knew who to expect. Upon arrival he put on his protective booties to keep our floors clean, found the issue, explained the problem to me and kept me in the loop during the whole repair to make sure any and all of my questions were answered. Schuyler was professional, nice, honest, and did beautiful work at a very reasonable price. We highly recommend Trident Plumbing.
