We could not shut off the water in a shower and suspected that it was a broken cartridge. Daniel replied quickly to my text (outside business hours), advised what to do for the time being and then fit me in at the end of the next work day so my family would not have to deal with the water being turned off to the house. He arrived on time, fixed the cartridge quickly and answered all my questions. We will use him for all our plumbing needs going forward.
