HIGHLY RECOMMEND Trident Plumbing. Schuyler Simons, our technician, was punctual, professional, and knowledgeable. He quickly diagnosed the sewer odor we had in our laundry room and fixed it “to code”. He added a P-trap and increased the size of the drain pipe which was not installed correctly by the handy man we had previously hired to move the plumbing to allow for our new washer/dryer. Schuyler was upfront about the work needed and the pricing which I found to be very reasonable compared to what other companies were quoting. My overall experience with Trident Plumbing was exceptional and can tell that they take great pride on hiring qualified licensed plumbers and they work they perform.

Called Trident when Coserv technician could not turn my water heater gas line back on. Trident service man showed up after his scheduled appointments, all the while notifying me that he will come by my house. Finally showed up at 5:30pm. Sent a snapshot of his findings, went to Lowes for his supplies and fixed the problem. He also lit the burner. Professional, thoughtful, reasonable pricing and clean.I was stunned when he gave me a drain de-clogger. Can’t thank him enough. I initially found Trident Plumbing through multiple NextDoor posts / recommendations. After visiting their website and looking through additional reviews (all positive), I gave them a call. They were able to quickly schedule me in for the day and made it over to my place within the hour.Daniel Zukowski was friendly, professional, and was able to quickly take care of our issue. While working on the issue, he informed me what he was doing and offered recommendations on future (due the hard water deposits on the water facet). We will use Trident Plumbing for that future maintenance work.The pricing is reasonable and also found out that he lives locally in our area. If you looking to support local businesses, give Trident Plumbing a shot. We are happy with the results.

Excellent service! Dan was able to schedule us within 24 hours for a clogged drain. He was very thorough and efficient at what he did. He made sure the clean out was complete and provided us with several recommendations for the future. All in all, great experience with this company.

The hot water heater went out (it was about 14 years old). I called Daniel and after looking at it, he recommended a new unit because it was so old and would need more repairs down the road anyway.Having a cold shower in the early spring is quite rough!!! It needed to be replaced.We have a home warranty, so I called them, and they sent their plumber out, but they were super high priced because they mark up their services significantly – it would have cost me a lot of money out of pocket.So I called Trident Plumbing back – they gave me a very fair price and luckily was able to get it installed that evening. It is a 50 gallon gas hot water heater with a good warranty both on parts and labor.Now the house has hot water again, and everyone is happy.The installation was top notch. All the pipes were routed properly, it was brought up to code (needed an expansion tank and a gas sediment trap). When the job was done, they cleaned up the area and you would never know they were there except for the shiny new hot water heater in the garage.A few days later, I actually ran into Daniel again at Lowes while I was looking for some parts for a simple plumbing fix. He told me exactly what I needed (the part cost around $2), and within a few minutes of getting back to the house, the leak had been fixed. I bring this up because some plumbers will tell you it will cost a lot of money to do and try to sell you on an expensive service. If you’re looking for a good plumbing company in the Frisco, Little Elm, McKinney area, give Trident a call. They are honest , upfront and good at what they do.

Daniel and his team are a great example of how to manage a customer service oriented business. I had standing water in my front yard and after opening up the irrigation control valve box, I could fee a substantial leak coming from the pipe. Even though it was 8p, Daniel stopped by real quick to shut off the main water valve to stop the leak (and educate me on the process). He was back out at my house at 8am and completed the job quickly and for a reasonable amount. Top notch service!
