Daniel and Schyler (I’m sorry if I misspelled your name) just completed replacing my water heater which was in a less than convenient spot in my attic space above the garage. They didn’t let that slow them. They worked quickly and efficiently. They did fantastic high quality work, were very communicative, prompt with their appointment time, and didn’t leave a mess when they were finished. I really appreciate Daniel’s honesty and his desire to give you the best product and customer service. He helped explain why he chose the parts he used compared to other plumbing companies and water heaters, he was very fair on labor cost, and didn’t nickel and dime me. What he quoted before the job was what I paid. Both he and Schyler were super friendly, easy going, and just made you feel like a friend and not a client. It’s always good to support small business, and these guys deserve a lot of support. Thank you for a great experience with a not so fun part of home ownership.
