Called Trident when Coserv technician could not turn my water heater gas line back on. Trident service man showed up after his scheduled appointments, all the while notifying me that he will come by my house. Finally showed up at 5:30pm. Sent a snapshot of his findings, went to Lowes for his supplies and fixed the problem. He also lit the burner. Professional, thoughtful, reasonable pricing and clean.I was stunned when he gave me a drain de-clogger. Can’t thank him enough.
